A copy of your Navajo Nation CIB
Class Schedule
Your Spring 2026 Class Schedule, showing total number of hours
Copy of Social Security Card
Copy of your Social Security Card
Letter of Admission or Enrollment Verification
A copy of Spring 2026 Letter of Admission or Enrollment Verification
Official Transcript
Official Transcript from the last school you attended
Copy of Identification Card
Copy of your State-issued Identification card, or Driver's License or School-issued Identification card
